Delete your HOOD Network account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent: your $HOOD points, Gold Points, streak and team links are removed and can’t be restored.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open HOOD Network and log in.
  2. Go to Settings and tap Manage account at the bottom.
  3. Type DELETE and tap Delete account forever.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

Can’t open the app? Email supporthoodnetworkapp@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my HOOD Network account”.

We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: email, username, avatar and country.
  • Your balances and history: $HOOD points, Gold Points, sessions, boosts, tasks, games, tickets and support messages.
  • Your device record (the one-way hash of your device ID) and team links.

What we may keep

Records we are legally required to keep, and anonymous totals that no longer identify you (for example the total member count). Google AdMob’s own data is handled under Google’s privacy policy.
