$HOOD points have no real-world monetary value at this time. They cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency or any other asset, and are not an investment.

1. About the app

HOOD Network (“the app”, “we”) is a social rewards app. You earn $HOOD points by starting mining sessions, boosting, completing tasks, playing in-app games and inviting friends. “Mining” in the app is a game mechanic — your phone does not mine any cryptocurrency and the app does not use your device’s processing power to do so.

2. $HOOD points

$HOOD points are virtual, in-app points only. They currently have no real value.
We do not promise that $HOOD points will ever be converted, listed, airdropped or redeemed for anything. Any future programme would be announced separately with its own terms.
Points are not your property, are non-transferable and may be adjusted, reset or removed to correct errors, abuse or fraud.
Mining rates, boost limits, halving schedules and all reward amounts can change at any time. Halving events reduce the base mining rate when HOOD Network reaches the member milestones shown in the app.

3. HOOD Gold Points and the Treasury

Gold Points are exclusive in-app VIP points. You can earn up to one claim per day (amount set by HOOD Network) by completing every daily task shown on the Treasury page. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged and have no cash value.
The Treasury shows assets the HOOD Network team holds (for example tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain), funded from advertising revenue and other sources, for transparency only. It is not an offer of securities or investment advice, and values may be delayed or approximate.
HOOD Network plans to share some treasury assets with Gold Point holders through periodic (for example quarterly) airdrops, free of charge. Any airdrop is at HOOD Network’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed. Eligibility, amounts, timing, required verification (such as identity checks or a compatible wallet) and availability in your country will be announced separately and may be changed or cancelled.
Gold Points may be removed for abuse, multi-accounting or automated activity.

4. Accounts

You need a valid email address and must verify it. One account per person and per device.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Manage account. Deletion is permanent and removes your points.

5. Fair use

You agree not to:

create multiple accounts, use emulators, bots, scripts or automation;
use VPNs or tools to fake activity, referrals or ad views;
click ads deliberately without genuine interest, or encourage others to do so;
exploit bugs instead of reporting them to support.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules and remove their points without notice.

6. Advertising

The app is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Some actions (starting a session, boosting, free spins, free lottery tickets, task rewards) offer an optional rewarded ad. Before every rewarded ad the app tells you exactly what you receive for watching it; you can always decline. If an ad cannot load, the action is still granted.

7. Games and draws

Spin to Earn, the Lottery and the Ambassador programme use $HOOD points only. No purchase is possible or required, nothing of real value can be won, and every result (wheel segment, lottery number) is decided by our server. Lottery prize pools are shared between the players who picked the drawn number; if nobody did, paid tickets are refunded.

8. Changes and availability

We may update features, these terms or stop the service. Material changes are announced in the app. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
